Online Orders

Online orders can be placed using our secure online shopping cart system. Just click on the item you are interested in and then click on the purchase button. We accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover and American Express. Our secure transaction system does encrypts your information and it is not retained after transaction is completed. Charges will automatically be made as soon as the purchase is complete.

In order to qualify you must email the competitor’s website address and your order number, name, and address to info@cabin9design.com.
Price Match Exclusions & Rules:
1. Additional discounts, promotions, and free shipping offers from Cabin9Design.com cannot be used on price matched orders.
2. We must be notified before your order is placed or within 5 days after placing your order.
3. Merchandise must be offered by a reputable U.S. retail company.
4. The items that are price matched must be identical.
5. Proof of the competitors shipping and handling fees must be provided.
6. We do not price match internet auctions, manufacturer/wholesale prices or affiliate websites.
7. We do not price match items that are advertised as closeout, clearance or overstocked.
Pricing Policy
Cabin9Design.com has the right to refuse or cancel orders involving incorrectly posted prices, or price typos, on Cabin9Design.com. Cabin 9 Design cannot honor orders with prices that are mistakenly listed on its Web site. We apologize in advance for possible errors on our part, and will make all efforts to ensure correct pricing.

SHIPPING RATES
Some of the merchandise on our website is shipped directly from the manufacturer and may take longer than one week for shipping. Please email us at info@cabin9design.com for questions related to product availability and delivery times.
Shipping rates and free shipping policy apply only to items shipped within the contiguous U.S.A.(shipping rates and free shipping do not apply for Alaska and Hawaii orders). Free shipping is only available for ground shipping (not express shipping). Ground shipping includes UPS and/or USPS priority mail.

Shipping time for most items in the U.S.A. is 4 to 5 business days. Items shipped from directly from the manufacturer may take 5 to 7 business days for delivery. Some custom made items and furniture may take up to 3 to 4 weeks for shipping. If you order more than one item you may receive your order in separate deliveries.
Express shipping is available for some in stock items. The delivery time for Express shipping is 3 to 4 business days from date of purchase. The cost for Express shipping is an additional fee (in addition to the regular ground shipping fee). Express orders will be shipped via UPS. Free shipping promotional offers can not be used for express shipping orders. Express shipping is only available for orders shipped within the continental U.S.A.
ALASKA ORDERS
Orders shipped to Alaska will be sent priority mail using the United States Postal Service. Only merchandise stocked in our warehouse can be shipped to Alaska. All other merchandise will be canceled from the customers order and the customer will be notified prior to shipping. The shipping rate table above and free shipping promotions do not apply to Alaska and Hawaii orders. The shipping rate to Alaska will be higher than our normal U.S.A. rates.
CANADA ORDERS
We ship to most areas of Canada. Orders shipped to Canada will be sent using Airmail Parcel Post. Only merchandise stocked in our warehouse can be shipped to Canada. All other merchandise will be canceled from the customers order and the customer will be notified prior to shipping. The shipping rate table above and free shipping promotions do not apply for Canada orders. The shipping rate to Canada will be higher than our normal U.S.A. rates.
We do not collect duties, taxes and brokerage fees for Canada orders. These charges are not calculated during checkout and the recipient is responsible for payment of all duties, taxes and fees upon receipt of shipment. Please consult your local customs office for more details about duties and taxes. All credit card numbers for Canada orders are verified with the issuing bank before merchandise is shipped.
FURNITURE DELIVERY
Furniture is delivered by a freight carrier. The carrier will schedule a delivery time and deliver to the first dry location in the house or garage, unless white glove service is advertised for the item. The customer is responsible for moving the furniture into the house and setting it up. Assembly instructions are provided.
The customer is responsible for all freight charges and restocking fees if they refuse delivery of furniture items. Both of the freight charges and the restocking fee will be subtracted from the customers refund when a customer refuses delivery or cancels their furniture order while their merchandise is in transit. We do not ship furniture to Canada or Alaska.
The customer should inspect the merchandise for damages prior to signing the bill of lading for merchandise shipped via a freight carrier. Once the bill of lading is signed the customer owns the merchandise and is responsible for any damages.
 Refunds
REFUND POLICY (HASSLE FREE)
Customer satisfaction is very important to us at Cabin 9 Design.
Damaged item - We will replace any damaged item at no cost to the buyer, as long as we are notified within 5 days after merchandise has been received.
Not satisfied - If you are not satisfied with the merchandise you purchased from our site, you can return the merchandise within 7 days from the day received and we will refund your money excluding the shipping fee. Please email or call us before returning merchandise to obtain the correct return address for your package. The merchandise must be in original unused condition, adequately packed and insured before returning. Custom orders, special orders, clearance products, gift certificates and bulk orders are nonrefundable.
 Promotional Offers
From time to time, we may provide promotional offers such as discounts or free services. The promotional offers are only valid from the time they are issued to the expiration date advertised in the ad. To take advantage of these offers a coupon code must be used when ordering. Customers can not use more than one coupon code per order (cannot take advantage of two different promotional offers for the same order). Free shipping promotional offers are only valid for orders shipped within the contiguous U.S.A.
CUSTOMIZED & PERSONALIZED ORDERS
We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for customized merchandise. We will replace the merchandise if it is damaged at no cost to the buyer.

REFUSAL OF DELIVERY

If for some reason your package is returned when it reaches your home or place of business, you will be charged for all shipping costs to your home and the return.
